About Us

About Us: Legacy Heating and Cooling is all about honesty and integrity.

For more than two decades, Patrick Phillips and Randall Crews have owned and operated Legacy Heating and Cooling. Together, they have almost 40 years of experience in the heating and cooling industry.

Before starting Legacy Heating and Cooling, Pat and Randall worked in the HVAC business with other companies. The other places they worked just didn’t seem to serve the needs of their customers the way Pat and Randall thought they should be served. They both, independently, believed there had to be a better way to ensure their customers were being treated honestly and fairly.

They began to talk with one another about the things they thought were important in serving customers. Honesty and integrity were at the top of the list. Providing a needed service at a fair price was a close second. They believed that if they joined forces, they could provide West Alabama with a better way of serving their heating and cooling needs.

Fast forward two decades, and Legacy Heating and Cooling has stood the test of time. Patrick and Randall, along with the rest of their team, have found a better way to provide excellent HVAC service to Tuscaloosa, Northport and West Alabama. Legacy Heating and Cooling believes in providing their neighbors in West Alabama with honest service at a fair price.

Their goal was never to be the biggest HVAC company. Their goal was to simply be the best HVAC company.
